Monocrete awarded as General Contractor for One Sierra
PIK recently awarded Monocrete Construction Philippines Inc., as the general contractor for the One Sierra development in Mandaluyong City. To ensure the high quality standards of PIK, the firm was chosen as it is a top construction and engineering firm behind many other notable developments all over the country, and is rated as a Triple A contractor by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB).
The kick-off meeting happened last June and was attended by the PIK engineers, design consultants, members from the project and construction management firm ASEEC, and the Monocrete team.
With this, One Sierra is on target to commence first concrete pouring for the foundation by Q4, in line with its project completion by 2024.
